Privacy policy.

This is what this website collects, why, and what happens to it. Short version: we collect what you type into two forms, we use it to respond to you and improve our services, and we don't sell or share it with anyone for marketing.
What we collect
- Contact form. If you write to us, we store what you submit: your name, work email, company (if you give it), team size, and your message. We use it to reply to you, and for nothing else.
- Readiness diagnostic. If you take the diagnostic, we store your six answers, the score, and the recommended tier. This is not linked to your name, email, or any account — we don't know it was you. We use these aggregate results to understand the teams that visit us.
What we don't do
- No advertising or analytics trackers, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting.
- No cookies set by us.
- No selling, renting, or sharing your information for marketing — ever.
- No marketing emails unless you ask for a conversation.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase (servers in the United States). The site itself is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard connection data (like IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Page fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives the standard requests a browser makes when downloading a font file. These providers process data on our behalf; none of them get your form contents for their own use.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept while we correspond with you and for our records afterward. Anonymous diagnostic results are kept indefinitely as aggregate data. If you want your contact submission deleted, ask — see below.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll do it — no forms, no friction. The diagnostic stores nothing that identifies you, so there's nothing to look up from it.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date. We won't quietly repurpose data collected under an older version.
